was looking for some help yesterday, to get my carbs down, finding it hard keeping all my targets under and want to do this, managing to stay under calorie goal, but then ive hit the chocolate bad today.
Need to get some insperation to get more protine in diet without adding too much fat, ive seen protine bars, shakes, etc but worried they might be bad for me, id rather do it naturaly, im not a big meat eater, I like eggs, cheese (tho the fat is high) and beans.
Any ideas would be most welcome, i think ive managed to open up my diary!
Also I got a freind request yesterday from someone I think was helping me, but I hit the wrong key on my phone and declined, im sorry to whoever that was, I meant to accept!
