    One thing to note with the xbox kinnect: you need to be able to stand a fair distance away from the camera bar, or be sure to get the small room adapter.

    We have Wii, PS3 AND The XBOX 360 Kinect. As a general gaming and entertainment system, I like PS3 best, but the Kinect for Xbox is off the charts. 30 minute workouts are really amazing on it.

    I have just done this for the first time tonight with my Mum... we have never laughed so much! Was great fun and I burned 464 calories in 45 minutes :D

    I have a Wii and love using it but if i had the room I would be getting the Xbox Kinect. The problem with the Kinect needs at leat 10 feet plus to play it properly. So for now Wii it is and it works well.
