Ive been saving up for a cross trainer to have in my bedroom, as i cant always get to the gym, because of the cost n weather wise n all that.. soo i thought right, ill get myself a cheap ish cross trainer from Argos that will do the trick! and i can go on it like 2 times a day whilst watching tv etc..
But - my manager in work has got an Air Strider that she is selling, as she doesnt go on it and its basically brand new, shes only had it about a month or soo. She's offered it to me for £50. BARGAIN! because the cross trainer i was going to get was around £140!
this is what an Air Strider is (incase your not sure)

Its similar to a cross trainer, apart from it doesnt have the fan wheel thing and an air strider is foldable - which is super awsome as i can fold it flat and store in my built in wardrobe, where as a cross trainer takes up an awful lot of room, its not foldable and will make my room look untidy.
Anyone know if theres much difference between an air strider and a cross trainer? or do they basically give out the same kinda workouts? (focusing more on my thighs and stomach)
thanks in advanced x
