Lemon Chicken?

Does anyone know of a good recipe for lemon chicken? I don't mean chicken piccata or chicken francese - I'm looking for bite-sized chicken pieces in a lemon sauce (kind of like orange chicken) that I can serve with rice. I have a craving, but can't find a good healthy recipe.

    I would consider looking for some of the Greek recipes out there... and then look for websites where you can learn about substitutions....

    What about mixing lemon juice with yogurt for the sauce, and seasoning it to taste? I cook my chicken breasts on a hot cast iron skillet with no oil and they come out juicy and browned, and "lemon sauce" is one of my daughter's favorite things to dip it in!

    I like this idea a lot - do you have the ratios of lemon juice and yogurt? And would you cook them first and then just pour the sauce over? Or mix it all together and bake?

    Thanks! I guess I'd start out with 2 parts yogurt to 1 part lemon juice and taste it and then probably add some salt, pepper and (if it's just for me!) hot sauce. Yogurt and hot sauce also makes a good dip that can curb a buffalo wings craving!

    We usually just cook up our chicken plain and use some sauce as a dip on the side. Good luck!

    I made lemon chicken in the slow cooker once, using chicken breasts, sliced lemons and a packet of Blue Dragon Peking Lemon sauce.

    It came out nice and sticky

    Ok just checked the website, basically if you don't live in the UK, Canada, Denmark, Poland or Russia you won't be able to buy it sorry!!

    I'm sure there will be a similar version available though

    Its like a small shot of sauces to add to stir frys
