Advice on settings

Wondering if anyone can give me some advice on the way I have MFP set up, goals etc... as I'm worried I may have it set a little low.

I'm 29, 5'4'', 138.5lbs and currently have my activity level set as sedentry. I have a desk job that requires very little walking around... however I do walk a bit throughout the day in order to get from my house to train/bus stations. I've just started Zumba classes once a week also.
Aiming to get to 120lbs or thereabouts... no fixed goal, just going to stop when I feel comfortable.

MFP has set my calories at 1200 to lose 1lb a week. Some days I am a little over, some a little under... but over the course of the week it usually evens out to hit the weekly target.

I've managed to lose 5lb throughout January but practically no loss last week. Rather than get myself stuck in a plateau, I want to make sure I'm doing this right.
Do you think my calorie goal is too low? I worked my BMR out to be 1422, but have no idea if that is correct. Does that mean I should up my calories to 1422 bare minimum? Should I still eat back my exercise calories?

Opened up my diary for a while in case it helps (tonight is Zumba, so will be showing as eating slightly over today until I log the exercise later). Be aware that I'm pescetarian, in case the lack of meat worries anyone!

Thanks so much for any advice...

(sorry, I know it's a common question... I've tried reading through other threads but not sure how to relate it all to my own settings!)
