I've lost 10lbs since Jan 1st. Sticking to 1200 calories plus exercising every day and eating my exercise calories too. I've a bit of a way to go, but really motivated now.0

Started on 1/1/2012, lost eight pounds and half an inch around my waist so far.0

I didn't start until 1/18 and have lost 11 lbs in my first 2 weeks! I think my body is ready to let go of all this extra me and wanted to get off to a good start lol.
