I'm just under 5'3" I've lost 115lbs. My cw is 140.6 original gw 125 now I am thinking 135 will be low enough. I have lost a lot of inches from exercise I'm a size 4/6 and don't see the need to get any smaller. I just want a cushion now. You can see my pic in my prifile picture.

    I'm 5"2, 124lbs, wanting to be around 112lbs!
  • Having been on this path before...I got down as low as 134...I like me at 134. Don't want to look like a bobble head at 120 lbs. I am 5'3'" aiming for 130 at the moment. We will see if trying for 125 is doable!

So close, yet so far away.
  • 5'4 (actually 5'3 and 3 quaters if we're getting technical). Aiming for 120-125...absolutely no more than 130.

I don't want to lose any more weight. I'm still trying to find my maintenance calories, so I have dropped a little below my goal weight. I like to be light for running to reduce the risk of joint injury and to run faster (currently training for my first half-marathon). When I am over 120, I feel so much heavier, I run slower, and it's hard to get motivated to run. I am also trying to reduce my body fat a bit more by doing some bodyweight strength training.

I have been this weight a few times over the years, but have found it hard to maintain if I am not attentive, or if I stop training. I haven't done strength training before, though, so I want to see if gaining a bit more muscle helps with weight maintenance.
  • I am 5'2....23 yr... my stats

    Hw-226/228
Cw-180 (I was down to 172 but I had some motivational issues go on)
    Gw-130
    UGW- 120/125

But really my Gw and ugw really just depends on the look and appearance of my body and muscle structure. So when I reach 130. The actual "ultimate goal" will be staying under 130 and really working on my cuts and structure and appearance. The real ugw is actually loving the way i fill out and look.
  • And just to add. I'm a smaller frame but I'm naturally an athletic build. I build muscle very very easily. So the ugw could vary. I mean I build easy real easily. It's crazy.
