Yoga Video Recommendation

Hey,
I recently got a new yoga DVD and I highly recommend it. It's called Ease into Ashtanga with Tania Ingraham. The cool thing about it is that it has two main section, lessons and flow. The lessons walk you through all the poses/asanas in the primary series along with various modifications for those who are beginners or intermediate practitioners. These lessons are comprehensive and easy to access on the DVD. It even goes through proper breathing and locks (bhandas - sp?). The Flow section has a 30, 40, 50, and 60 minute option as well as the option to do the entire 90+ minute primary series.
At any point during the Flow routines, you can click on the little Om symbol and it will immediately take you to the appropriate lesson, in case you have forgotten a modification to a pose. It also works in reverse so if you're going through the lessons you can click the symbol and go directly to that point in the Flows that use the pose you're learning. You can choose three different voice-overs, with or without music. The main instructor, Tania Ingraham, is very good and doesn't talk too much or too little. Her instruction is clear and concise and the practitioners she uses to demonstrate the poses in the lessons are very good. This, along with David Swenson's Short Forms, are the best Ashtanga videos I've ever used.
A+++
