    Well, I was a little short this week because of a temporary change in my morning routine, but things will be back to normal next week. I am surprised that I was able to get as many calories burned as I did considering what was going on.

    I usually have a goal of 4,000 calories with this challenge, but this week was crazy busy and stressful so I lowered my goal. Apparently I can't stay away from the gym! Very proud of myself right now :)
