question for all you joggers out there

    I couldn't jog for more than a minute or two without getting winded until.............I started spinning. Spinning increased my endurance dramatically. I'm not a runner but when traveling a treadmill is usually the only thing available. Now I can jog 20 minutes at 5.7 mph with no problem. Haven't tried to go longer but I'm sure I could.
