    That looks so good. But the ham part. Ummmm I've never had ham with Jalepeno Poppers..... is that just me?

    No it's not customary. It's just a way to add some variety and flavor for a few calories,

    These are great! We use turkey bacon wrapped around each popper.

    Hey, what do I know... Sorry I didn't check with you first to see if I was right.
    Didn't mean to give offence, in all my years my hubby and I have been cooking up jalapenos and reading through all kinds of different articles (and from personal experience), I've never heard about jalapenos getting hotter by low and slow cooking if cored and seeded.
