Hi there, I'm Matt. I'm getting married in about seven months and decided that I could stand to lose about 25-30 pounds. This is day one for me and I just really hope that I will be able to see it through.

    I've been doing some looking around and everything seems to be really good. I can't wait to get into the recipe forum and dig around!
