Hi all!

I'm looking for some good full-body/circuit training lifting routines....I just don't have the money to pay a trainer to design a program for me every few weeks right now and I'm not good at coming up with them on my own.

Just curious if anyone knows of any good websites for routines/ideas?

TIA!

Google: New Rules of Lifting For Women - I think it's a GREAT program.

body for life has an exercise routine. you can get all of the info online i believe. and all you need are weights. and a way to do some cardio ( like walking/ jogging)

i did body for life back in 2002 and in 6 weeks lost 18 lbs. and it was all free :-)

It is - I'm currently in Stage 5 of the program - it was initially recommended to me by the trainer at the gym. There's a group here that focuses on it too. I don't follow the diet plan, but I'm really enjoying the workouts and have seen some awesome results.

I'm trying to see if my local Books-A-Million has it....it's on their website, but I'd love to go pick it up at the store tomorrow...

It looks like the kind of lifting I like....hopefully I'll get my hands on a copy soon! Thanks again!
