Any suggestions for plateaus in weight loss?

Try to eat as "clean" as possible. If you're not sure what I mean by this, check out this link: http://eatcleandiet.com/ . It is about eating less processed food (pre-packages boxes and cans) and eating real food. It requires a little planning and taking the time to cook but it is well worth it!0
