That's right, we not only say eh! here but we say g'day too!
I'm new to MFP - I've battled with weight my entire adult life and managed to lose about 35 lbs in the past couple of years by cutting back on snacks and exercising more but that last 25 lbs just didn't want to leave so after a friend showed me MFP on his iPhone here I am. Perhaps keeping a food diary will give me that little bit of extra discipline I need to get to my goal weight of 180.
I've only been tracking my results for a couple of days but have already had some surprises, who'd have thought that staple of Canadian coffee consumption - Timmies large double/double - was 230 calories. Even more disappointing was learning that the "healthy" yogurt & fruit smoothies my wife makes pack about 450 calories......aye carumba.
