    1. The fact that am down to 22.5% body fat! Only .5% from the "lean" category which is what most people strive for!!!
    2. That I can, against my belives, fit into a sz2 for the first time in my adult life!!,
    3. That I weigh less than I ever have in my adult life (well since like 7th grade), which is finally less than my hubby (he's shorter than me and in great shape)

    My SO - cause even though he can be a pain, he is beyond supportive.

    My Granddaughter(in her pink hat) - cause I get extra exercise chasing her around

    My trainer - cause he takes no crap. And I am sooo in pain right now & I LOVE IT!!!!!
