    Salsa! Always fresh salsa. Not only does it taste amazing on otherwise bland chicken, it's an amazing sub for salad dressing.

    I put hot sauce on everything.

    No, really, everything. Sri racha, Valentina Extra Hot, Frank's Red Hot... all have permanent spots in my home.

    I thought I was the only person who knew what Valentina was! Seriously this is my favorite hot sauce ever and when I mention it no one knows wtf I'm talking about. It has a permanent spot in my fridge at all times. Sri racha is a close second favorite.

    I roll the strips in mustard, cover in crushed cereal (special k), bake at 325 for 20 min. Delicious and low cal

    Liquid smoke flavoring- I put on three or four drops on one side of the chicken and cook as normal. Mesquite is terrific with chicken.
