Hey All, ive been using fitness pal for a while now, its great, its really helping me stick to my recommened calories a day, i havnt went over my cals yet! Im also excercing every night, and training for a karate grading, im feeling fitter, and the change in diet has made me feel good, but im not losing any weight, im trying to lose about 2 stone, its very frustrating.. if i lost a few pounds it would encourage me.. but nothing is happening, and its starting to make me feel down again because im trying so hard, ive cut out fizzy drinks, sweets, crisps, sugar as well!

I've been doing this for just over a week and so far I've lost 2lbs (but my thing says 0lbs cos we had a bit of a scale mix-up haha!)
