    I would like to try this with almond milk (at only 40-45 cal per cup) and protein powder (may up the cal a little bit, but also boost nutrients)

    This recipe is WAY off, people. The Oreos alone are 110 cals. According to Calorie Count, the accurate information is 319 cals total IF you use the 1% milk.

    not sure on those calories?! 1 c 1% milk is 110 calories so i'm pretty sure the 2 1/2 reduced fat oreos are more than 8 calories...
