Anyone mind nitpicking my diary?

I've been here for about a month. So far I have lost about 8 lbs (Which I'm very happy for btw) but I feel that there are things I might be doing wrong. Whether it be in my workout or my diet. Would any of you folks care to take a look at it and see where I am going wrong? I didnt saw a loss in my last weigh-in (I offciially weigh-in on mondays that I record on MFP) and so far, between the week I havent seen any loss either. Infact, I have seen some gain this week which is kinda alarming.

Wow - your food's kind of all over the place. Here's what I'd suggest:
You are a young guy - keep your net cals higher.
Have protein at each meal with a bit of carb and veggies.
Eat regular meals, dont skip.
Really watch your sodium - it can play with the scale numbers something vicious.
Change up your workout routine to keep your body off balance so it doesn't get complacent.0 -
I have only gone back a week but you seem to very very light on fresh fruit and vegetables in your diary.
You said you had a gain this week. Could be a few things but I will say that you had one day where you were massively over your food goal, 3000, and one where you were about 1000 or so over so that would not help matters
I would say up your fresh food intake and try varying your diet a bit more.

I also went back about a week and have some suggestions as well. I totally agree about not skipping meals, and NEEDING veggies, and fresh fruit aside from bananas. You also seem to be doing *a lot* of protein shakes and quick meal bars, which are great for snacks or a meal replacement on the go, but you really need to be eating real food.0

Your calorie intake is all over the place. It's hard to even get a handle on what you're "doing" when you don't have any kind of consistency.0

you need more fruits and veggies, also how far apart are your snacks between meals? Lastly, I only went back a week, but I don't see any water intake, are you drinking enough? Hope this helps you out.0
