@amysales, thank you! My weight loss is now about a pound a week if that. Sometimes I gain a pound or stay the same, and the next week I'll be down 2 pounds. It has gotten harder but I'm also slacking on the exercise to be honest, and mostly relying on diet. I think as I get back on track with exercise it will even out more. Congrats on your weight loss journey and all the best to you. And thank you again for your kind words!0 -
