Returning after derailment!

I was a member of MFP for quite awhile over a year ago. I was going to the gym every single day but Sunday, and walking four miles a day. I was restricting my calorie intake, and was losing tons of weight! I ate several very healthy small meals a day. Everything I was doing was EXACTLY as it should be, and I can't tell you how amaaaaazing I felt!!! I wasn't thin by any stretch of the imagination, but my energy levels were high and my body was becoming toned. Everything just felt right and great and that time was the high in my life.
Now here I sit...
I'm not sure what happened, really. You all know just how it feels, I'm sure. I believe I hit the wall. It has been going downhill for some time now, and I have gained back all of the weight I lost + more. I'm back, and I'm hoping I can find the motivation and support once again that I received the last time I was a member.
I have missed this place!!!

WELCOME BACK. We all fall down sometimes, the most important thing is U didn't stay down,U came back up and those are the traits of a champion....Good Luck and U will do it again.0
