So its memorial day and Im sure everyonehas plans to hang with friends, cookouts food and drinks!! Lets try and keep on track even though its a holiday with our newlifestyle changes. My food intake for the day is going to go like this
BREAKFAST
Turkey and egg white english muffn sandwhch-150 calories

Lunch
boca burger-70 calories
fat free cottage cheese-70 calories
carmel mini rice cakes-60 calories

Snack
strawberry cupcake-170 calories

Dinner
grilled chicken-250 calories
broccolli-40 calories
sugar free pudding-60 calories

Snack
furit or some kind

LETS KEEP ON TRACK ON THIS BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY DAY!!!!

    I'm keeping on track!!

    My day is going:

    breakfast: English muffin toasted with a little jelly and 2 scrambled eggwhites
    lunch: a dannon light and fit strawberry yogurt, bananna, and sugar free jello cup
    dinner: Boca burger on toasted peperidge farm light wheat bread, and a green salad with light italian dressing, and skinny cow vanilla sandwhich
    snack: bananna or orange or some kind of fruit!

    Great topic- I woke up late- 11.30 am to be exact so I decided to combine breakfast & lunch- 2 eggs, 3 slices turkey bacon and 2 sclices whole wheat bread toasted with I can't believe it's not butter spray. At around 2.30 pm I'll have some baby carrots and a fat free yogurt. For dinner 5 oz. grilled steak and a big veggie filled salad with light Ranch dressing. I'll have a fiber one bar and an apple as my evening snacks. 1,400 calories total. Have a great day- Cindy :heart:
