I loved it, level 3 definately is harder though...I cursed a lot at my tv.
Did it about a month and half ago, before I tore up my ankle dancing with my dog, and I was definately seeing improvement in muscle tone, stamina, my weight loss was increased, and my core became stronger.
The only thing I don't like about it are some fo the plank poses, but that is just my personal dislike due to surgery on my wrists make them sensitive. And the fact that Jillians talking gets very annoying if you don't turn just the music on.
I will be starting it over today or tomorrow0 -

I have done the shred now for 44 days, today was the first day I didn't do it. It is great!!!
I have toned up A LOT and I feel like I have some abs!!0 -
I've lost about 14 inches overall after just the first level. I would recommend the following schedule to help give yourself time to recover and to mix things up a bit (it does get boring doing the same thing for a while):
Day 1 and 2 - 30DS
Day 3 - Cardio
Day 4 and 5 - 30DS
Day 6 - Cardio
Day 7 - rest...
Rinse, repeat. It is a fun change-up from whatever other workout you've been doing though. Enjoy!0 -
