I am feeling exactly like this I have not budged on the scale workout 4-5 xs a week 3 days cardio 2 strength and the scale is not moving. I think im gonna try this you have results and it makes sense.0

I've up's mine this week and so far I haven't had any problems. I'm eating above my BMR or sometimes 15% below my TDEE. I'm loving it!!0
