eating calories back ?

Need some help with this. My daily calorie intake is around 1400, MFP recommends me to eat around 1700. I do exercie 6 times a week and I would love to add a cardio 3 times a week on top my Body revolution. But it's hard for me to eat back all the calories I burn because it's like extra 600 a day with 2 workouts. So I just wanted to know if you guys eat all cals burnt through exercise to lose weight and not to cause any harm to your body ? Thanks

I only eat my exercise cals back if I go under my BMR. And in that case, I usually only eat enough to get a little above that number.0
