    Thanks, Carol, I tend not to eat everything I should as my metabolism is slower than a younger persons and I don't lose weight on more than 1200 calories a day. For example, on Wed I burned over 800 calories at karate/walking to the gym and they upped my calories. I'll have to read what they say about that but I'm closer to my goal, too, so might be slowing down. I just can't stand the stomach fat that shows up when I'm even 10 pounds overweight. I'm an apple shape at those times, and that's not healthy, either.

    Tezrah, you burn a lot of calories through exercise, too. I didn't realize how much walking burns. That's heartening.
