Stuck...forever??

Last year I lost about 20 lbs to get to basically where I am now. Went on vacation earlier this year and gained about 8 back. Came here on MFP and lost 11 more lbs. So basically I'm down about 21-22 lbs from last year. Yeay...right? But now I can't seem to move from this spot! Once in a great while I'll get down to 199, but I feel like I'm perpetually stuck at 200 - 203 (depending on the day). I've eaten higher calories, I've eaten lower calories. I exercise at least 30 minutes a day. I've been trying to watch my carbs, etc. I'm not so much into the extreme dieting and replacing real food with protein shakes, etc. I like to CHEW my food.
But I feel like I'm going to be stuck at this weight/size forever!

dont count your exercise net, and pretend you didnt add it to your daily plan...and watch it fall...also trick your body by doing different workouts, it works! also dont go over your intake whats so ever and increase your level of working out:bigsmile:

The plateau will break. Keep at it, do some strength training and believe in yourself. Weights are the best way to break through it. You could try adjusting your macros (cutting carbs not protein) and that might help you break out of it.
I just went through a month + and it sucked but is over now. I stuck to what I have done all along and just ramped up exercise and worked on the big muscle groups) I bought resistance bands and a kettlebell and do them when i am watching TV at night. Might as well instead of just sitting there. :-) Keeps me out of trouble and a few more lbs down.0
