Eating back calories.

what if you do both in one day yesterday i did treadmill for 30 min and then did some weights. thats ok right?
I would say that was a good workout my gym had me on a weights cardio workout so treadmill weights & back to cardio normally a bike.
I struggle so much to eat enough I must try harder :-( I've had to resort to late night snacks to try but I'm still mikes off lost days (weekends are the exception)0
