Good Morning,
I just wanted to post a quick thanks to all of you who post successes, with and without pics, scale and non-scale victories. I am back to MFP after several months and in the last 10 days I've lost 4.2 lbs. My ticker doesn't reflect that because I had gained a few from when I initially joined. Anyway....I start my mornings off by looking through some posts. It helps to inspire me throughout the day. When I know I will be in a challenging food situation I spend time on the board to help with my self control and will power. Looking forward to when I can post my before/after pics...in about 6 months I'm hoping. Maybe some progress pics in the summmer.
