    jeans were falling down yesterday so I went to tighten my belt. then realized i was in inch past the last hole. time for new belt! and new jeans.

    Yesterday I PR'd my Deadlift (185lb.) and today I've been able to plan out my breakfast and lunch, and even with a lot for afternoon snacking, have a satisfying but not too calorie dense dinner.

    dude...i wish i could deadlift 185!!! that is amazing!!!

    I replaced my spaghetti noodles at dinner with julienne-cut zucchini. NOM, better for me, AND keeps me within my calorie allotment! :D
