    What kind of challenge are you interested in? A food/recipe challenge? A strength training or running challenge? What sounds interesting to you?

    Oh there are tons out there! There is a step challenge (pushing yourself to walk a certain number of steps a week), a calories burned per week challenge, etc. What exercises do you enjoy doing? If you are looking for groups to motivate you, there is a group set up to help their members lose 5 pounds in May. Really you need to think about what you enjoy and what you would like to receive from the other members (Do you want them to encourage you? Motivate you through their successes?)

    Currently I am in a challenge to get hot for Halloween =) That is something that appeals to me, think about what appeals to you. If you search through the groups, you may be able to find something that is up your alley.
