Only allowed hot foods (no smoothies, salads, sandwiches)

I previously lost 30 lbs eating a lot of salads with grilled meats, some sandwiches, protein shakes/smothies in the morning and calorie counting when I want a treat like pizza, etc. I was doing high protein/low carb. I've gained back a bit (7 lbs) and want to lose that plus the last 10-15 I originally wanted to lose. We recently bought our first house so there's been a lot of take out!! (I still haven't found all my kitchen stuff in the boxes but I'm working on it!)
I have a slight problem though. I need help with recipes for hot foods for all meals! My husband and I have been TTC (trying to conceive) for 5 years and I recently starting seeing a Accupuncturist/TCM as nothing is wrong with either of us (no reason for the infertility). She thinks I'm too "damp and cold" and therefore I am not allowed to eat anymore raw or cold food. To be more specific, I need more "Yang" foods as everything I was eating was Yin. All I can think of to eat are roasted vegetables and grilled meats which gets pretty boring after a few meals.
Here are some Yang food lists/info:

Being that it's summer, BBQ recipes would be appreciated, also items that re-heat for lunch leftovers would be good. Any such thing as a hot protein drink/smoothie using protein powder (although I don't know if Whey Protein is a Yang food....).
We are starting new fertility treatments in July so I'm hoping to really get the ball rolling on this new plan today!
