I think the craziest thing I've seen was when my friend and I were on a road trip in the middle of the night in a horrid rain storm. You couldn't see lanes, the road was glass, the rain was awful, pitch black outside, and this guy driving and SUV, has his interior lights on, a novel sitting on his steering wheel, and he's just driving along not even looking up at 70 miles an hour.

I seriously don't even look at the radio when I mess with it, don't look at texts, and rarely will answer my phone.

And I've never driven with my knees, people scare me.

We truckers can see EVERYTHING in the cars from our vantage point. Believe me, I have seen it all over the years. The lady who passed me while I was doing 70 and she was reading a book. She ran off the road and crashed a few miles up the road.

The dumbest one I ever saw was a guy steering with his feet while he was turned around backwards and had his torso over the back of the seat and appearing to be looking for something in the back seat. Dropped his drug pipe maybe? I don't know but when traffic stopped, he didn't. Wasn't pretty.

People text, use computers, read, perform sex acts, you name it while driving, it really is pretty stupid.

A couple weeks ago my Husband and I saw a guy shaving while driving.

That could have totally been my man. He has an electric one and shaves on his way to work.

I've rolled shtuners while driving, and done lines - most "bad" things were drug related. Saw a car one time swerving a bit on the road, when I finally passed them, it turned out to be like 65/70 yr old lady smoking a shtuner. It was quite humorous.

I completely changed out of my work clothes bra included to my gym clothes sports bra included while driving on the highway. Thankfully traffic was light that day

I change clothes while driving on a regular basis... I'm quite good at it... it is a little more tricky in my car than in my truck however because my truck has lots of free space, I'm kind of limited on space in the car but I still manage

I am kinda embarrased and proud of this at the same time--but One night on a straight boring highway--I made my husband move his seat back as far as it would go where he could still reach the pedals and I climbed on. I was thinner then. lol. I'm sure I could still do it but not sure he could see around me now. lol.

let me see... over the years I have seen lots of things that made me wish I was anywhere but next to these folks on the road. my favorites would have to be

* someone driving while holding a cigarette, drinking coffee, and talking on the phone. (assuming driving with knees as all hands were in use)

* someone doing the morning crossword in the newspaper

* application of makeup was a norm, the taker was when someone was using a portable curling iron

Have a bus trip vacation coming up again soon.. sure I will have many more to add to the list after nearly 8 hours.
