    Daily Goal+17,000 steps
    My Daily Challenge+20,000 steps

    :flowerforyou: I count all my steps. I put my pedometer in my pocket when I get dressed in the morning to walk the dogs and keep it with me all day until bedtime........I record my exercise based on the calorie count from my heart rate monitor.

    :flowerforyou: we went to a wedding yesterday and I wore the shorts from my bathing suit under my dress because it has a little pocket to hold my pedometer :laugh: during the endless time while they took photos, hubby and I walked around the grounds of the event center instead of standing and talking and drinking :bigsmile:

    ok, i must confess . . . it's been a lot tougher to get my steps in now that summer is here. Maybe it's just because i'm settling in.
