Slim in 6 Documentation

Just curious - is there any? I received the two DVD's second hand and would like to run through the program. If you have it available, could you just list off the schedule? I can handle the dietary guidelines myself I think.

    Ok, from what I've found online....

    You do start it up for two days, and thats it. Afterwards you do ramp it up for the remainder of week 1, and the following week. After that, finish up the six weeks by doing burn it up 6 days a week. What are the ab workouts and slim and limber for? Is there a specific schedule for them?

    Ok, I ordered this program years ago when it first came out so it took me a little while to remember where I put all the literature, but I found it!

    The book says to "do the workout which pushes you, but not so hard that it feels like it is beyond your capacity." It then goes on to recommend "doing Phase 1 (Start It Up!) for days 1 and 2, then immediately progressing into Phase 2 (Ramp It Up!) for the next week and a half. The 3rd and final Phase (Burn It Up!) should be used throughout the last four weeks of this program."

    They say to do Slim and 6 Pack 3 times a week (MWF) and Slim and Limber everyday if you want to, but for sure on your day off. (You're supposed to do the dvds six days per week.)
