For the Couch-5K plan... how are you timing the walking/jogging? Do you constantly look down at your watch or what? I'm a little confused about this part.

I know for me, I've been using a pod cast on my ipod which tells me when to speed up or slow down. It's so easy with it.0

I have an ipod but I have music I like to listen to when I run so I use a watch with a chime. That works if you don't blast your music too loud...:bigsmile:0
