For the Couch-5K plan... how are you timing the walking/jogging? Do you constantly look down at your watch or what? I'm a little confused about this part.

  • I know for me, I've been using a pod cast on my ipod which tells me when to speed up or slow down. It's so easy with it.
  • Now I need an iPod, lol. That's cool though!
  • lol I got my boyfriend's old ipod nano so I lucked out in that.

    When I started I used a treadmill since there's a timer - then at week 4 I think I switched to distance on a track.
  • I have an ipod but I have music I like to listen to when I run so I use a watch with a chime. That works if you don't blast your music too loud...:bigsmile:
