At the end of the day no matter what books are written & read, I've found the only thing that matters and works is eating less calories per day than your body actually uses. The weight is guaranteed to drop off, OK it may be slow, ive lost 10lb in 6 weeks with absolutely no exercise apart from normal everyday movement, housework etc and its all thanks to MFP app on my i phone making me aware of exactly what goes in my mouth everyday lol, it's certainly been an eye opener and much easier to stick to than Atkins (spent a bit on his books) and the app was Free!!!0
