  • Just drink 1.5 litres about 5 glasses of water first thing after you get up in the morning - will wash clean your insides ! :happy: ANd if you have the capacity - drink 1.5 litres again after 1 hour - oooh sure remedy but very difficult to follow.

  • Jalapenos... okay maybe I'm alone on this one. I love the things but I think my digestive system is pretty much in rejection mode or I got IBS or something stupid like that and it's not really the way you want things to come out anyway.

    Just a note on the fiber thing... slowly increase your fiber or you're either going to lose friends or going to be in a lot of pain from gas build up/bloating.
