1000 jumping jack burn?

this s so confusing. jumping jack is fun, i am loving it but yeah it's hard. i should be losing a lot more but same rule applies i guess the less you weigh, the less calories you loose. i am still below 500jj. don't know when i will reach 1000 jj. still feels like supppperr difficult on my calfs if i do it continuously. by the way who watches mintues while doing them. i cannot do them for like 10mins or so continuously. spreading them throughout the day. will that help. i already feel pain. for sure am slow than all of you doing 1000 of them in a day.... boohoooo :-'(0
