Estimating Portions

Sometimes, when I buy a bunch of grapes from the cafe at work or I'm eating out, I can't always measure my portions. Later, when I enter things into my diary, I struggle a bit to estimate.
I just found a pretty thorough guide to estimating. I'd only seen meat portions before (the infamous fist or deck of cards), but this has grains, fruits, veggies, meat, snacks... all kinds of stuff.

I hope this helps you too!

That's a great tool. I also recently bought a small scale ( <$10) and been using that to weigh things. After a while you get a good fill for it and your estimate is close enough.
