I like this challenge!
Just started doing a 10 min. yoga dvd to manage my stress over the lunch hour - this will fit in perfectly! I also went running last night. I'm super excited - I have asthma and it's always been a struggle to run. I ran a 12 min 35 sec mile last night!
Definitely will be doing my 10 min of yoga again today over lunch, possibly my hour long yoga dvd tonight, or callanetics. Way sore from running today!

I did 10 minutes when I was POd that my work computer wasn't working. Instead of stress and anger I felt muscles and happiness.

can i join?.....lol i have dance videos but i look like an idiot doing them..and all my shades are open right now lmao.......how come the girls on the vid always look 100%better doing the dance moves? lol:laugh:0
