Is it true that if you exercise off lets say 300 ans then you eat 300 it's like not eating at all becasue you burned the cals of already?

from this question, and a few others that you've asked, i think it would really benefit you to go to the general tab and read all the ones at the beginning that are locked --- there are some great threads in there that answer alot of your questions....

there's a couple great links on there about eating ur excercise calories and why you should etc.... because MFP is already giving you a calorie deficit...
