I'm having a hard time figuring out #'s and all of that....still.

Heres what my day looks like so far

Breakfast - 1 xtra large egg, scrambled (mixed w/ 1/4 cup milk) w/ 1.5 tbsp ketchup (weird i know)
1/2 cup cottage cheese

Lunch - 1 piece toast w/ 1 tbsp peanut butter
1 apple sauce
1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Dinner - 1 cup pasta w/ 1/2 cup v8 juice, and 1/3 cheese
1/2 cup frozen veggies

Snack - 1 100 cal ice cream
3 cups popcorn w/ 2 tsp butter

My numbers without excercise are:

-3 cals
+ 1 carb
- 2 fat
-10 protein

is it ok to be so much over on protein if i'm not working out today?

    That's awesome, I NEVER get that close to actual. if anything though, better to be over on protein than under usually. MFP's default protein setting is only 15%, that's pretty low for someone who is exercising.

    protein is fine to be over. mfp's setting is too low anyway. fat and carbs are something that should be moderated a bit more.
