Calories in a chicken breast

On the package it says 100 per 100 grams. I had 188grams. I logged it into here under chicken breast, meat only, fried, and for 188 grams it said 352 cals... I pan fried my chicken with no butter or oil, just the breast itself with a little salt and pepper... So is it only 188 cals or 352 cals? How does this work?

Go by the packaging. Companies are required to have accurate nutritional information on the label.

I would go by the packaging. Not all the information on here is correct for the foods.

The word "fried" automatically implies that you used a fat of some kind to cook it in. Try searching another method of cooking and I'm sure it will be less calories.
An average (approximate) number for boneless, skinless, chicken breast is usually 30 cal. per ounce.
    Hope that helps!!

use the figure for raw chicken--how it is in the package.

Then tally the oil and other ingredients separately.
