No, this isn't a period thread LOL :laugh:

This week I forgot to take a day off. This weekend was an hour of Functional Strength on Saturday (which is a misnomer, as I leave myself fully non-functional), then hiking and fishing for 8 hours yesterday, and today I ran a little over a mile to the university football stadium where I ran up the stadium steps three times (for a total of 204 steps) then ran back to my office, which took about an hour. Tomorrow morning I have to get up for a 2 mile run with my roomie, then it's Pull Day for lifting, which is primarily back and hammies. :sick: I have to clean my rat cage and take a shower, but I just put away my laundry and that took all that I had left.:yawn:

    I sometimes come on at work now. I'm really busy these days.

    I did indeed clean my room/bathroom/rat cage. Everything smells fresh, even me finally! :laugh: What a long day. Had to be up at 7:30 to get to work early for this muscle biospy, and didn't stop moving until now.:sick:
