I'm cutting out bread.. What to do about sandwiches?

    sometimes I use red bell peppers with the end(s) cut off when I don't want bread to hold my burgers, works okay for other sandwiches also.

    Bread is to hold fillings. Hands and lettuce leaves can perform the same wondrous feat.

    Not sure if anyone mentioned some of these choices:

    Round thinly cut apple slices for p,b and j sandwiches

    Halved lengthwise and hollowed out cucumbers for tuna and other cheesy sandwiches

    And what someone else had mentioned: red pepper slices for a meat sandwich

    Even using thinly sliced meat as a roll up ; then spreading condiments,adding cheese and slicing it into small round slices or just eating as a rollup

    Stuffing a chicken breast with veggies and cheese before cooking

    None of these are bread substitutes, but all are yummy :flowerforyou:
