I ask because I'm looking into two new classes which are starting in the fall - deep H2O fitness & Cardio Combat. This to complement my current schedule of HiiT 4 x week, personal training once/week, bikram once/week...

The more types of exercises you do the better. After doing the same routines for weeks your body gets used to it and will burn less calories diong the same exercises. The best way to get in shape and loose weight is muscle confusion (chainge routines and exercises often) Hope this helps.0
