I don't have a heart rate monitor, so I'm trying to get an idea of how to catergorize my workouts in my excercise log. Would Turbo Jam fit into areobic exercise or kickboxing? Thanks! :flowerforyou:

I would put it in as kickboxing..I know on some sites it lists them both as the same thing. You could also talk to people with hr monitors that do it a lot to give you an idea..if they are around same weight and fitness level you can compare...
