Are the nutrition values on here correct? 46 cals for a cup of melonballs??? 12 carbs???That seems kinda high for something mostly water:cry:

    i am eating watermelon right now .... 1 cup diced ... 46 calories and 11 carbs ... not sure if that is right but it sure is sweet LOL

    I thought the same thing and I eat tons of watermelon. According to a food counts book that I have, a 1" slice that's a 10"diameter is 152 calories and 1/2 cup is 25 calories.

    Sounds about right. Calories are little. A Milky Way candy bar is 250,,, A Whopper w/cheese is almost 800. :noway:

    I think that's pretty accurate. Watermelon has quite a bit of sugar in it, natural sugar, but still sugar.:ohwell: So that's where the carbs are coming from.

    comparatively speaking, fruit is going to be a bit higher in calories because of its high sugar content. and its all carbs.
